Big Date Clock does not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal information. The app works entirely on your iPad. It does not require an account, a login, or any personal details, and it does not connect to the internet.

The app remembers only its own settings: the order of the day, date and time, the time format, the colour theme, and whether the power warning is switched on. These settings are stored exclusively on your iPad and are deleted when you delete the app. Nothing is transmitted to our servers — we do not operate any data collection infrastructure for this application.

2. Device information

Big Date Clock does not request any device permissions. It reads the following information from iPadOS, on the device only:

• Charging state — whether the iPad is connected to power, used solely to show a warning on screen when it is running on battery. This information is never stored or transmitted.
• Language and region — used solely to show the day, date and time in your own language and format.

3. Third-party SDKs & analytics

Big Date Clock does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software, and contains no in-app purchases. No information is sold, traded, or transferred to outside parties.

4. Vulnerable users

Big Date Clock is designed for seniors and for people with dementia or low vision, usually set up by a family member or caregiver. Because the app collects no data from anyone, no personal information of these users is ever processed by Case4IT.

5. Data security

Since no personal data is collected or stored by Big Date Clock, there is no risk of your information being compromised through our systems. The app's settings reside on your iPad and are subject to the security protections provided by iPadOS.

Case4IT may update this statement from time to time. Any changes will be published here with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated statement.
